"This resort needs better food and service time. For a resort as beautiful as this I was expecting a much better food experience. Things sounded super extravagant in the menu and then you would get your food and it was a huge let down. I have a pretty easy to please palate but I would not go here again based on the food and wait times for poolside service. Especially when you pay over $200usd per adult if you do all inclusive. Of you don’t do all inclusive the prices are insane. We could have gone to Europe for what we paid in Mexico. Unfortunate. "

"We absolutely loved our stay, view was spectacular, accommodation had everything we needed. If we had any questions or issues it was addressed immediately. We will be back. Thank you so much for assisting us in such a great vacation."

"This resort was beautiful. Gorgeous pools and grounds, very friendly staff, amazing food. We would definitely go again, however I don’t know we'd go again with small children. Our kids 3 years old and 10 months old had a great time, but the lack of buffet option made dinners very difficult for us. We also found not all restaurants had a kids menu or great vegetarian options. The kids pool was really well designed though and all the other pools also had kid feiendly areas. The staff were also so great with our kids and very accomodating. So overall would go again and if your kids sit well at meal times, you’ll have a great time."

"It was our first time and we were very satisfied with everything. Staff were courteous and friendly and very hospitable. Food and drinks are overflowing. Amenities are complete for me, there is always something for everyone. The only complain I had was since we were there during spring break, there were a lot of college students and so therefore some of them leave some drinks or plates on some random spots but apart from that they are just minding their own business like everyone else. "

"I’ve found a common theme in the reviews, the location and facilities are well kept and the view is great. The most concerning and recurrent theme that you will see is related to service. For a background, I am of Mexican heritage but grew up in the US. As Latino traveling to this particular hotel, I’ve experienced time and time again at multiple restaurants the same service, all latino travelers are not prioritized. The service raise concerns about the very intentional and deliberate service favoring different tourists of different backgrounds. You will find this being a common theme amongst the reviews. This behavior is brushed aside by the service staff. Furthermore the time share experience literally is a racketeering type of thing. Sure, should I have avoided going to the “informational” meeting.. yes, but this experience became a reminder of how upset they become when you don’t want to buy into their model. Like I was lectured by their Marketing Director -Karim, about how I should spend my time and money. I raised my concerns about his lack of professionalism and while I did receive an apology from the developer staff, I’m not sure there are any consequences to his behavior as others have shared similar experiences. It saddens me deeply to see Mexicans treat other Latinos this way in Mexico and while I don’t think it is reflective of Mexico, it certainly is for the service staff at this hotel. "
