"The hotel is beautiful, and we were very happy with our room and ocean view. Seeing baby whales from our balcony was an unforgettable highlight. The spa facilities are also excellent and well worth visiting. However, the massages are overpriced. While mine was enjoyable, it did not justify the high cost. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. The check-in process took around 90 minutes and included being pushed to attend a hotel tour, which turned out to be a sales presentation. We were told it would last 90 minutes, but it took three hours, which was frustrating as we value our time while on holiday. Dining was also an issue. We were not informed in advance that restaurants required bookings, so we could only secure late dinners at 8pm each night, despite restaurants not appearing full. Service during the day was slow, especially for lunch and drinks, and at times we felt overlooked. The food was average. The hotel advertises a private beach, but there is no ocean access, which should be clearer. Overall, while the property is lovely, there are significant issues with service and transparency. For us, it was not worth the time, and we would not return."

"It’s one of the prettiest hotel setting I’ve stayed at. The service is very good. It’s all inclusive for about 150$ per person per night. Which is very expensive. The good quality was great. There is a hard time share press when you arrive. Just say no. "

"We had an amazing vacation. This property is stunning and the food was delicious. Not your average “all inclusive”. We were able to whale watch from one of the many pools with ocean views every day which was an added bonus. The rooms are spacious, multiple restaurants to choose from with lots of different options and the grounds are kept immaculate. Highly recommend. Also shout out to the entertainment staff Galilea, Evelyn, Raziel, Miguel & Natalie who kept our kids entertained and some other honorable mentions who went above and beyond: Jonathan (club side), Noe, Ignacio and Eduardo. "

"We booked a Superior Ocean View room for our anniversary, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match our expectations. Upon arrival, we were placed in a building quite far up the hill, not in the main hotel. The room itself was very small and had two double beds, which didn’t feel appropriate for a special occasion. We had contacted the hotel several times prior to our arrival, but our requests didn’t seem to be reflected. Interestingly, our friends made a similar booking and were given a spacious casita, which made the situation even more disappointing. We ultimately chose to downgrade to a room in the main hotel, which only had a partial view overlooking the pool area. While the staff were friendly and the food was good, the overall experience fell short. There was no evening entertainment, the atmosphere felt quite quiet and uneventful, and the beach was very rocky. Having visited Cabo and many resorts over the past 25 years, this is not a property I would return to or recommend."

"This resort needs better food and service time. For a resort as beautiful as this I was expecting a much better food experience. Things sounded super extravagant in the menu and then you would get your food and it was a huge let down. I have a pretty easy to please palate but I would not go here again based on the food and wait times for poolside service. Especially when you pay over $200usd per adult if you do all inclusive. Of you don’t do all inclusive the prices are insane. We could have gone to Europe for what we paid in Mexico. Unfortunate. "
