"Our week at Hacienda Encantada was truly one of those family experiences we will remember for a very long time. We visited at the end of August and beginning of September, during the slower season, and that made the stay even more enjoyable for us. We love peaceful family time, and the quieter atmosphere gave us exactly what we were hoping for. What stood out most was the people. Every person we interacted with made a difference in our stay. Antonio, our golf cart driver, was always kind and helpful. Mr. Adrian, the activities coordinator, took great care of us. Maribel from housekeeping was wonderful. Martin and Angel at Il Forno were excellent, and Margarita was also incredibly warm and attentive. There were many others as well, and every interaction felt genuine. This trip was especially meaningful because we were celebrating my 50th birthday and my wife's 45th birthday. The staff helped turn what was already an important family vacation into a week that felt truly special. Everything was taken care of. The service, the property, the atmosphere, the food, the attention to detail, and most importantly the people were exceptional from beginning to end. There really is not much more to say other than excellent. Hacienda Encantada exceeded our expectations and gave our family a beautiful, peaceful, and unforgettable week in Cabo. Thank you to everyone who was part of it. We will remember this trip, these birthdays, and the way we were treated with a lot of gratitude."

I can't think of another hotel experience that I have had that could top what the Esperanza Auberge Team delivered. Additionally, Cochina Del Mar is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had, two nights in a row. Breathtaking setting. I won't forget this trip, and I can't wait to return. I think I have become an Auberge Esperanza Loyalist."

"We booked Hacienda Del Mar Los Cabos very last minute and were pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was and how reasonable the rates were. We spent a few days at the resort and had a great overall experience. The staff was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and consistently provided great customer service throughout our stay. One of our favorite spots was Tortugas Beach Bar. The food was excellent, and the ceviche was definitely a highlight and probably our favorite thing we ate while there! The only thing to keep in mind is that housekeeping tends to come a little later in the day, so if you enjoy heading back to your room for a midday nap or some downtime, you may want to plan around that. Overall, Hacienda Del Mar was a great last-minute find with beautiful surroundings, good food, excellent service, and great value. We would definitely consider staying again!"

"You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Villa Cisne in Cabo del Sol was outstanding from start to finish. Booking through Luxury Villa Collections made the entire experience seamless. Fernanda was incredibly helpful during the planning process, assisting with transportation, golf tee times, restaurant reservations, shopping recommendations, and making sure every detail was covered before we arrived. Once we were there, Ana was amazing—always responsive, checking in regularly, and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.The house itself was absolutely beautiful—set right on the beach with stunning views and everything we could have asked for. The pool was fantastic and ended up being a favorite spot for both us and the kids. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and set in a beautiful location, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The daily housekeeping and pool maintenance were also very much appreciated and handled professionally, which made the stay feel even more effortless and enjoyable. The drivers were professional, the restaurant recommendations were excellent, and every part of the trip felt seamless thanks to the team. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Cisne and Luxury Villa Collections to anyone planning a trip to Cabo."

"A group of 8 guys went for my bachelor party. Cindi was great to deal with. The caretaker was awesome. The outdoor area was definitely the star of the show. The place was clean the pool was amazing and the house is pretty private from neighbors. Will definitely be back if I need a large house again. Thinking about going with a few other couples since the house is massive with each bedroom having its own bathroom and away from each other. Very family freindly aswell. The only complaint we had was a lack of larger frying pan, pots and cookware. Overall very satisfied thanks again Cindi"
