"Room was clean, staff were friendly, free breakfast was good (they even had chicken, better than free breakfast at some other places). There's a food court (Mercado; the seafood place Isla Serena is amazing), pharmacy, nail salon nearby which was useful. I thought 1100 pesos for regular mani and pedi were kind of expensive so I went into San Jose town but it was 1000 pesos so pretty much the same. "El lugar perfecto para desconectar y volver a conectar"

"The pools are great. Rooms are outdated but huge, if you have more than 4 people you’ll get a pretty good size suite. Has a Mojave dessert aesthetic."

"The entertainment staff was great. Very Friendly and helpful. Adults pool was a bit dirty, did advised one of the staff members. Gym was closed about two days due to no electricity. Spa was closed as well due to electricity and and when we tried to book on Wednesday it was closed as well. Some areas by the pools did have a sewer smell."

"Habitacion limpia y confortable, buena relación calidad precio. El personal fue amable."

"The staff is so kind! Room was perfection and clean! Cant beat the views and access to beach!"

"This is the most chill, relaxing, friendly place in the entire costa azul area"

"The food in the restaurants was excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised the bars had higher end alcohol. Would definitely return very soon!"

"This place was so amazing I hat we are already booked for next year! Love the staff and property"

"As it was very hot and humid, question why lobby and at least some of dining area weren't air conditioned. Areas were always clean, staff was kind and helpful. Also, would have been nice to have early morning coffee available Coffee machine in room didn't seem to work."

"Me gustó la atención y su disposición arreglar los inconvenientes si invito a todos a visitarlos"

"En la habitación que nos dieron no servía el aire. Fueron a checarlo 3 veces y no se pudo reparar. Creo que nos debieron de haber cambiado de habitación desde el inicio. Dormimos escuchando como goteaba al aire toda la noche y pasamos calor. Poniendo a un lado eso, el staff de recepción siempre mostró buena disposición en ayudarnos. Todo lo demás estuvo genial."

"This property has the basics, 2 main pools and an adult pool. The buffet was very good and the food options were changed often. There’s shopping right across the street for everything you may need. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. What we didn’t like was the one restaurant (Luna) food wasn’t that great. And the selections were limited."
