"Check in was easy, Forest was very helpful. The hotel is right on the beach. Walk across their deck and you are in the sand. It is also walking distance to all the restaurants and convenience stores on the island. If you want modern and fancy this hotel is not for you. It is however updated and clean. "The new pool is just wonderful and hot tub too. The rooms aren't giant but they are comfortable. We are happy our dog can come but the $100 fee is pretty high. There is no elevator so it would have been nice if a staff member could help us seniors with luggage. We like the history of the inn. Breakfast buffet on Sunday was nice."

"I wish I could post pictures! This place was cold and dirty! I called the front desk begging them to cut off the air conditioner. I told them I had a bad back and more to the point my teeth were chattering because of being cold! NOTHING! THE PLACE IS IN NEED OF A GOOD CLEANING. BOTH OF US HAVE ISSUES WITH DUST, ALLERGIES! Between the extreme cold and dust, we missed one day of being able to go out. That was bad! On the home page... THE HOME PAGE WAS A BEAUTIFUL GAZEBO! WE PICKED THIS HOTEL...
