"Great house and access to the beach. Watched the dolphins everyday from the porch. Access and view are second to none. House was nice and clean provided plenty of towels which was nice as we had numerous trips per day with the kids back and forth."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Sandy Beach. The location of the house to both the beach and the restaurants/stores cannot be beat! We had 5 guests and the house was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view from the house/back deck is amazing and the ease of getting to and from the beach with no stairs was fabulous. The house could definitely use some updating (it really wouldn't take much), but if you are there for the beach, Sandy Beach will not disappoint. Our experience with Suncoast Vacation Rentals was also great!"

"Highly recommend! The place was exactly as pictured. Check in was a breeze the host was very responsive leading up our stay. We brought our dog and were worried about other dog smells and there was absolutely none of that. The host had some dog friendly items and we thought that was a great touch. A very short walk to the beach. My only complaint was the master bedroom was a little warmer than the rest of the condo. We travel with a fan so we were able to keep cool."

"This was one of our favorite family vacations. We had an amazing week. The host was wonderful to work with. The home is well stocked with all the things we needed. The layout of the house worked out perfectly....plenty of room for our large group to gather together. We loved all the seating around the table so we could eat together (with an amazing view)! When the teens and younger kids wanted to do their own thing the 2 family rooms offered some separation so they had their hangout area and the adults had one too. Right on the beach with great view of 4th of July fireworks. Jet ski rental and some good food just a short walk down the beach. The teens loved how close the basketball courts were to the house and were shooting ball every evening. A bonfire on the beach...awesome! Oh, and the stars... you can see ALL the stars! Beautiful! Spent a lot of time in the pool too! Can't say enough good things. My dad is ready to plan our return trip. Thanks again!"

"Absolutely loved how close this spot is to the beach. Makes lugging a toddler along very easy. The pool was clean and had various toys and floats to use. The place was exactly as listed. I do wish the place had felt a bit cleaner. Seemed like maybe the crew was in a rush. We found coins and hair on the bathroom counter and the kitchen counter felt gritty from sand. It was nothing that would deter us from coming back. This spot is very ideal for a beautiful week at St. George!"

"Overall we had a great experience. The kitchen is well stocked but needs a little organization. Better Access to the beach from the carport while pulling a loaded wagon is needed. Just some suggestions. Otherwise, it is a beautiful house."
