The hotel is Old Florida from the wraparound front porch to the warm Southern welcome. We loved our stay. The bar which is off the lobby is our favorite bar. Great happy hour prices! The hot tub was a bonus. Our room was awesome with marble floors and shower. Walkable to the neat small town shops and restaurants. We’ll be back soon.

A beautiful job of blending the historic with the new additions. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The billiard tables were an unusual surprise. All staff were helpful. Sitting in a rocker on the veranda was delightful. I was very surprised being this hotel is newly built and restored that the shower pressure would drop when another guest in another room would turn on their shower. Our last night the guests in the room above were noisy. We could hear their heavy feet and tv. The rooms are not soundproof.

Property is beautiful but our deluxe room was small. We paid extra for balcony that ended up being a shared area - Erica at the front desk is awesome but the rest of the staff was moderately friendly and didn’t seem thrilled to be there. Location was awesome
