"Once we got over the sticker shock of what it costs to stay in NY, we realized what a great value this was. It was a beautiful hotel, spacious rooms and lobby spaces that you actually want to hang out in. We had an issue (not the hotel’s fault) and manager Fatima was extremely helpful. The location is perfect. Note - the elevators,can be slow. Soy less you are going for a particular view, I’d ask for a lower floor. "
