"The Viceroy property and entire staff were excellent. We appreciated Esperanza at the front desk; Fernando, Javier, Ramon, Ricardo at concierge and bell desk; Brenda and Daniela at Kids Club. Service at pools and restaurants were also excellent. The location was great, as many restaurants and experiences were walkable. "

I enjoyed that they had a relaxing pool where it was more quiet.The gym had old and worn down equipment, could use updates. Overall was an excellent day and we would stay there again for sure!"

"The property is beautiful and in excellent shape. Customer service is outstanding from every staff member at the hotel. It's a very family oriented hotel and is pretty quiet and calm. There are several restaurants, snack bars, and cafes that offer a variety of dining options that are very good quality. The area where the hotel is located is in the hotel beach zone that is very safe and walkable. Not that you'd need it but there are a couple of grocery superstores nearby for any necessary items. "

If I had to give one negative, I would say the food isn’t great and also expensive. I don’t care about pricey food, as long as it’s good but when it’s not AND it’s expensive that just sucks. For sure if you want good food, go off the property. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"
