"Big-city type hotel in downtown Pasadena. Everything was top-notch, but the room layout and some minor amenities were a bit odd, but not worth making an issue of for a one-night stay."
"Fire alarm went on several times at 4 am and we had to go down to the lobby where no one ever tried to calm us or communicate what was going on. Checking in took ages though we received an upgrade because our room wasnt ready. Pool was great for my kids."

"I asked someone who was born and raised in Pasadena, it felt so good staying in this hotel. After years of being away, I loved how convenient this hotel was placed. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. And the on-site amenities were absolutely amazing! Not to mention the staff from the check-in staff to the housekeepers, everyone was absolutely amazing!!"
"I mean it’s brand new. Roof top dining is a great spot with views of Pasadena and the mountains. It is expensive though. Valet only parking is inconvenient "
