room was very clean . i like the fact that the ref was super cold and not standard temp. parking is very convenient and easy access to everything (good coffee, food and gas) the staff also greeted us with a smile / warming. will definitely use it again on our next vacation

The room looked as though it had been lived in. The price definitely made it harder to accept. The pool was clean but the room had a very strange smell to it. I used the bed and it felt as though something was crawling all over me. I did eventually get back in bed and forced myself to sleep after a patron calmed me with their social presence. The ice machine was broken as well. The bathtub did not have a working plug either. The sink was clogged. The window for the bathroom faced out to the back parking lot which made it more unsafe, including a missing screen on the front window near the check-in office. The ac worked. There was a fake plant there that looked real but needed cleaning. There was a locked door that was also confusing. One of the plugs did not work. The fridge was empty but useful.

Pro: The parking lot had nice railing and greenery. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The shower worked. Air worked well. Cons: The pool was closed by 7pm. We had paid extra for an extra person in the room and we didn’t have enough towels and there wasn’t a real person to check in with, just someone on video. They didn’t put extra toilet paper in the room. There was no microwave. The towels were blue and stained with bleach. Parking lot was small and tight fit. Overall, it was inexpensive. Simply a good place to sleep and go to your destination, but not somewhere I’d stay again for any regular vacationing trip.

Rooms that reeked of smoke, room keys given out to a room we were already in. Broken window locks, carpets that are gross and plywood under them which almost caused a twisted ankle. After our room was broken into the first night while sleeping in it, there has been no reply back to me or Expedia about the incident or requested refund for at least that night. We packed our stuff everyday and brought it with us as we felt it was safer in the car while we were out than at the inn. Don't get me wrong, I knew this wasn't the Ritz but there has to be some level. Just because you hang a few baskets does not justify everything else. Shame as the neighbourhood is actually great, we walked it, some lovely people, restaurants and shops if you take the time to look.

The room was very clean and everything worked. Refrigerator was an unlisted amenity bonus and hotel was close to Trader Joe’s. Public transportation a 1 minute walk. Nice view with a seating area outside of my room (probably for smokers, but no smell seeped into the room). Not much staff on site and check in and out was done via video kiosk. Supplies in the room were pretty bare bones - no cups, coffee,tea etc.,though 7-11 is right next door. Minimal soap and towels were provided but available if requested. The room smelled a little like dog pee upon entry and it was supposed to be pet free, but that is the world for you now. 🙄. I found it to be good value for the money.

The property has a really cool machine check in where you talk with a very friendly staff member. It was very enjoyable and they were very friendly and super helpful and understanding. Way better then the reviews or what I expected. A great hotel.
