"Rooms are well decorated, modern, and very clean. However, bed linens and bathroom towels show wear and appear past their prime. One of the beds in my room had suspicious black dots on the fitted sheet. The beds are quite low to the floor and the mattress felt very worn out. Breakfast is very nice with some variety offered each day. Staff were friendly and helpful. TV is older and did not provide the ability to stream or an accessible HDMI port. At this price point, I would expected...

"The property had some wonderful old world charm in its style and decor, including a piano player in the open air lobby. The property is located in a good area to walk the many stores, restaurants/coffee houses, and places of history. We also had very nice massages done while we were there (which were part of our VIP experience) which was very pleasant. "
