This is a well located hotel close to the biggest shopping mall in Panama’ City. The staff is very kind and friendly. The breakfast has a lot of options with fresh food and good buffet. We stayed four days before to return to the USA and Panamá has very kind people. We recommend this place.

The room was very big and clean. The breakfast layout was perfect. The breakfast host was very welcoming and warm. However, the front desk staff was cold and unhelpful, they withheld information about the bar, pool and other amenities.

Overall, the hotel was conveniently located for our last night before heading to the airport, especially because we could park our rental car. The hotel itself is a bit dated. The carpeting and other soft surfaces have stains that detract from the look of cleanliness. On the positive side, hotel staff were polite and helpful.

My stay at Aloft Hotel was spectacular, we get a warm welcome from the security staff and front desk assistant. The hotel is very clean and well kept, the rooms very spacious and clean, great view of the city as well.
