Very clean and quaint hotel. The staff were very friendly. The Congrejo area is nice and safe and within walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops. 10 minute $5 uber ride to Casco Viejo. I rented a pick up truck and they have lots of free parking in the side lot that’s roomy and safe. I was very pleasantly surprised as I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be this nice based on the price. I’d have no apprehension in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Panama City.

For a budget friendly travel this hotel was the right pick. From arrival to departure their customer service was good. The pool was relaxing, the room was very nice and the breakfast wasn't bad. I would definitely recommend them if you're staying in Panama for less than a week or if you're looking an economical hotel. The hotel is close to stores, train station and restaurants.

​The Riande Urban is in a solid location with a grocery store nearby and plenty of great food options within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming, and the amenities like the pretty pool and the rooftop jacuzzi are nice perks. ​However, the property is showing its age. The furniture is quite outdated, even in the common areas, and I noticed the bonded leather (synthetic) upholstery starting to peel and crack. It was a reasonable stay for the price, but we were looking for something a bit more modern.

We stayed for a total of 8 days and the location was great close to metro train station and different food and shopping centers! Breakfast was delicious and fresh also had daily cleaning. My only complaint would be the pool although great size the water definitely needs to be changed smelled and burned eyes Instantly (my husband accidentally swallowed some water and he immediately threw up) and pool maintenance needs to be done since pieces were missing and broken in pool! We love to stay at hotels with pools for daily swimming :) Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend for families and friend traveling
