"Good"

"This hotel is a gem. It’s right in the center of old Palermo, walkable to everywhere. But inside the hotel it is tranquil and quiet. There are a lot of public rooms and a large breakfast buffet. Overall, a great find for staying in the city."

"La atención de Vitto fue genial! La habitación espaciosa y muy comoda"

"Very comfortable stay and perfect location"

"Side small bed in room had dirty sheets on it and staff seemed a bit putoff by the request to have the sheets changed when we pulled back the blankets and found clearly dirty sheets. Restaurant food, view, and staff were excellent. Front desk staff only provided one key and said having 2 was "maybe possible" but 3 (since there were 3 of us) was impossible. Housekeeping request had to be made by 10AM. Cleaning staff was not observed. Hotel was in a great location to walk to places in...

"Fantastic location, great staff, and great room. Breakfast was the only thing that could have improved in every area fruit, salads, breads - made to order eggs were an additional cost which is not normal when you pay 400 Euros per night."

"Super loud at night."

"Our stay at Palazzo del Poeta was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. This is truly a five-star boutique hotel where elegance, comfort, history, and exceptional hospitality come together beautifully. Our room was elegant, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every comfort. We especially loved the thoughtful details, including excellent coffee and tea and beautifully decorated Sicilian cookies—a lovely personal touch. The exclusive lounge and dining area, with access to the...

"A delightful and peaceful place to stay in the historic centre of Palermo. Really nice friendly welcome, very clean and spacious bedroom, and a good breakfast. And probably the best pizza pace in the city directly opposite! We were catching a night ferry to Naples at the end of our stay, so not only did our hosts allow us to leave our luggage, they also invited us to relax in the residents' lounge until it was time to leave for the port, and ordered a taxi for us. That's what I call...

"Nice location"

"Our host Paolo was extremely helpful from before we arrived to even after we left. An invaluable local contact on top of a wonderful, clean room with an amazing balcony where you can have breakfast and coffee. The cleaner Giovanna also cleaned our room everyday. The room is well isolated from the noise outside but sometimes a little noisy in the morning for noise from the breakfast area but this is only a problem for light sleepers. Overall an amazing stay and we will be back!"

"Bed was comfortable. Hotel was a blend of old/charm and modern aesthetics. Kind of choppy layout of hotel. Has restaurant and spa-patronized both. Staff was helpful!"

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Really recommend! Valeria is super helpful and respondent!"

"The online website does not state that the property is two flights of stairs up. Not convenient with anyone that has mobility issues. The rooms were nice, with good bathrooms."
