I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."

"We enjoyed out stay - we loved having breakfast in the Bodega room! Bathroom a little small though . Disappointed that Europapark doesn't have more items in their stores that relate to the country they are representing though. That would really enhance the experience....."

The hotel claims self parking which is correct but it is around 1km away and in a public car park. The worst aspect of this hotel was the service provided, and the attitude of the lady who was on reception when checking in and out of the hotel. "

"I was in Oberkirch for a wedding on the hottest weekend of their year so far, which caused problems when it came to sleeping as there was no way to get the air circulating in the room. Also why only provide duvets when a sheet would have sufficed."
