"The property is very clean and has everything you need. The location is centrally located, you could travel to Alsace to the the west, Heidelberg to the north, Black Forest to the East and Basel to the south. The owners are very nice and will answer all your questions. We would stay here again."

"This place it’s a dream place , we loved everything it’s modern and has expensive furniture which is my favorite, bathroom, living room and bathroom it’s amazing, very nice designs. We loved the view in morning I was worry that because our room in the basement and I thought will be dark and not cool, but this has wonderful views just like in TV show and the roof doesn’t have air conditioning but it doesn’t need it because it’s cool and cold and we have to cover with blankets. "The location is amazing and the hotel room large, clean and welcoming. We were ok but the stairs to the room may be s problem to some. That said our stay was great and the food in the restaurant fabulous. Michael was excellent and service superb. Loved our stay and the lovely walks into the Black Forest."

"This hotel is more like a bed and breakfast. Very cute, but also very spacious room- more like an apartment. There were even two bathrooms. Great breakfast every morning. Pool was nice- it’s across the street. I wish I was told more about the spa because I seemed to miss my chance to make an appointment for a massage as they have limited hours. 45 min drive to Triberg. There are a couple of local restaurants for dinner around."

"Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."
