"The hotel is a few kms from the local town and set out in the vineyards with a rolling hill landscape - very pretty. Easy parking - but it will get limited when hotel is busy. Check in was swift and friendly. Our room was on the 3rd floor but a lift was available so no problem there. Spacious rooms and big, clean bathroom with both a bath and a shower. "Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."

"Theme hotel very impressive. Good comfy rooms. Lovely hot swimming pool ! Word of warning the steam room / sauna area area naked zones- which i didn’t use as i would want to have my swimming costume on. "

"We enjoyed out stay - we loved having breakfast in the Bodega room! Bathroom a little small though . Disappointed that Europapark doesn't have more items in their stores that relate to the country they are representing though. That would really enhance the experience....."

"Great room for 3 people with nice parking and breakfast. Very close to the park entrance of Europapark. Room was clean and spacious. Beds are OK, but can need a little upgrade or new matress. "
