The hotel did find another available accommodation with a different property in another town and drove our party there - however would have to pay all over again, and none of the amenities important to us. "Started unexpected as the reception closed early, but all possible help was afforded to us to make us comfortable. The big surprise was the room which was far better than expected, and the breakfast the following day which was absolutely delicious, both hot and cold choices. A real gem of a hotel"
