"Everything was amazing. The only thing that I would complain about if I had to complain about anything would be the fact that consistently throughout our stay, there was people smoking in their room, which was causing our smoke alarms to go off several times a day and it was very annoying, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault that’s the people that don’t like to listen."

"You had to learn the switches in the room.As far as turning off and turning on things. there should have been a map as to where everything's were. A reminder board about Activities that were happening during the day needed to be available. The lighting could have been better outside at night. It was a nice place. I felt like it took me almost two days to learn the place before I knew where things were. We had to take our luggage to the front at departure even though they told us to call before which I did 30 minutes prior and no one came or no one ever checked to see. It's about us checking out. No, thank you for your stay.The night before to remind you of what you needed to do. No one said thank you for your stay."

"We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property. The hotel itself is in condition, and the staff were consistently wonderful and helpful throughout our visit. My only complaints are that the breakfast menu is repetitive and the excursion desks was problematic. Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies." We ended up losing about $250.USD. they refused us a refund"
