"No hot water for 2 days .. bars not well stocked"

"What an incredible experience! This resort is absolutely beautiful. The decor is amazing—every detail is thoughtfully designed, elegant, and luxurious. The cleanliness is impeccable, and you can truly see how much effort goes into keeping the entire property beautifully maintained. The staff deserves a special shout-out. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, professional, and respectful, always greeting you with a smile and making sure you were having a wonderful time. A special shout-out to Lamar,...

"Everyone was engaging from the moment I set foot on the property. The security staff at the property entrance, the reservation staff, the restaurant staff, the room service staff, the lifeguards, the entertainment crew, and everyone I may have missed, were professional, courteous, positive, and friendly. Honestly, I hope they are well compensated!"

"If you're looking for relaxation. This is your place!"

"The people where fantastic and kind"

"The food wasn’t the greatest but there was alot of options to choose from. Some of the staff had horrible attitudes, but that ones that did not stood out the most and made my stay amazing. Over all it was not a bad experience and I would definitely go back"

"Pool was lovely, they cleaned the room Everytime we went out it was nice coming back to that! Lovely staff"

"The computer system had a problem and we made a purchase in the gift shop and was charged 3 times. After some back and forth the front desk finally took off the extra charges. Other than that it was really nice. Could use some more entertainment though."
