"Great experience!"

"The room was musty, the front desk staff unhelpful and insensitive and the bed was broken and irreparable. 0/10, I would not recommended"

"A well maintained guest house with very attentive hosts. Neville and his wife are gems! Definitely will be going back."

"It’s nature tacos best rooms were clean . Place was inviting no complaints"

"Love S hotels will always return"

"Super clean room with air conditioning! Staff are great , helpful in answering questions. The rocking chairs on the second level balcony made for a perfect, peaceful night watching the sun go down behind the hills of port Antonio 💕. Easy walk to food options and grocery store, and the Knutsford bus station :) I’d stay again if in port Antonio!"

"Spent $508 usd for 3 nights had no wifi the entire trip, tv wasn’t working and water Leak in the room. When address to the manager he turned around and gave my family member a discount instead of me when the room was booked under my name and credit card. Highly disappointed"

"Good food, staff were friendly. Had a quiet, comfortable stay. Very good location for easy access to many places."

"Maybe I just happen to be there at the wrong time but the hallway on the floor I stayed smelled really bad, not sure why. Rooms…The A/C vents in the room blows directly on the bed which is a terrible idea. Parking…if you are driving to the hotel but can’t drive or park in tight spaces, this hotel isn’t for you."
