"Love the resort only recommendation is that few things should be fix quickly so the stayed would have been marvelous."

"Staff was very attentive to their guests. Great stay"

"Very clean resort, friendly staff, good food, tasty drinks, easy to use app, good stores, abundance of pool options, wonderful entertainment staff and an overall amazing experience. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation."

"Customer service from staff very friendly and courteous. Food variety can be better"

"Although the property itself was fine, it would be nice if guests were advised not to use personal devices such as cellphones on speaker mode and portable speakers in shared spaces. No one wants to hear people's music, conversations and other nonsense while at breakfast/lunch/dinner, sitting in the lobby, on the elevator or casually walking around the property."

"Let me start by saying that if it wasn't for the staff, I’d give Azul 2 stars. My husband and I were returning guests from 2021, expecting an improved post-pandemic experience, but our loyalty wasn't even acknowledged. First, the liquor request runaround was completely unnecessary. Before arriving, I coordinated with the resort (Janice) regarding liquor lists, pricing, and the spa menu. I was told my request for Hennessy VS would be handled upon check-in. It was not. Staff sent us hunting...

"Complete interaction by the staff and the warm welcoming environment. All staff were respectful"

"Definitely not you typical “all-inclusive” type of resort. The building is not fully enclosed, so heat & mosquitoes were annoying, but thankfully there was a/c in the bedrooms. There’s lot of stairs, so it’s not a good place to go for those with mobility issues. The 2 bars need a real good cleaning and reorganizing and should be stocked properly. The pool bar ran out of the light beer on day 2 of our stay and of both beers by day 6. (They only serve the Red Stripe brand of light and regular...

"This was my second time staying at the resort. It's clean and beautiful. The staff are extremely helpful, the food is tasty and the entertainment is good family fun. The male staff will chat you up and ask about your private life if you're travelling alone. They like to make conversation if you're in the vicinity but they'll leave you alone if you're off in a private location. I recommend this trip for everyone."

"Les personnes du services, très serviable et très gentille Et très compréhensible pour les personnes qui ne parlent pas l’anglais"

"Love the property and staff. Dining experiences were a nice surprise. Beach was a short walk and perfect. Fumigating with pesticides in the afternoon was a little unsettling. Overall a wonderful experience and hope to return some day"

"This was a disappointing trip! After arriving my room was on the far end of the resort far away from any of the amenities besides the beach, when requesting a room change one was granted and was told it would be ready between 2-3 and at 6 o’clock after moving all of my stuff out of the other room at 8 am new room was not ready it took almost 45-60 mins for me to get back into a room then when I got in the new room there was water leaking from the ceiling so back to desk for a new room which took...

"HAVE STAYED HERE SEVERAL TIMES, AFTER TIS TIME, NEVER AGAIN"

"It was a nice place, my biggest complaint was the food, a lot of the food was not seasoned at all but other than that it was a nice spot with nice beach access."

"Cleaned our room 2-3 times each day. Food was good. Service staff were nice."
