Everything was amazing the staff was so friendly and helpful the pool was fantastic and the pool bar had the best drinks. I loved the Jamaica smile. Food was plentiful and really good especially the lobsters. There is nothing to complain about. It was so worth it and we plan to go back

One of the pools is under construction which I understand has to happen at some point. The construction work takes place most of the day. Other than that the staff is incredible and super friendly. Food was very good with Thursday night featuring lobster, shrimp, and mussels. Overall the is maintained very well and clean.

Check in was flawless and we took advantage of the room upgrade offered. The room was spotless and the AC was cold as requested. I can't say enough about the staff. They are so friendly, caring with awesome anticipatory service skills. The food was amazing and abundant at every restaurant, the buffet was great too. Every day. Compliments to Iberostar for the the high standards. The beach is awesome and the staff were prompt to keep our drinks on point. We already booked to come back in December 🌞

Beautiful, classy, clean and modern resort. The staff were friendly, warm, helpful, entertaining and welcoming. We were a group of 9 and being seated at the buffet or special dining restaurant were always a breeze. They made our birthday celebrations feel extra special and kept us informed of the nightly events on the resort. My favorites were the Michael Jackson show, bull riding and the beach party. Everything was beautiful, the pool area is spacious and you never felt confined. Highly recommend.

food in the Japanese restaurant was not worth the hype. Too much noise there also, especially with the banging of the spatula on the grill. Buffet restaurant over at our hotel - Selection was marvelous, and the staff were super attentive. Room was lovely, comfy, spacious, beautiful. Lazy river pool was delightful.

The hotel was clean and very organized. Staff were very helpful all the time. The star camp was excellent. There was something to do for everybody. There was shows , activity daily through out the day. Just wished the beach was better. There was a lot seaweed under the water and you couldn't swim further. Also there was construction going on daily near the big pool that it was not mention on the website when I booked it. Overall we had a great family time. Will come back.
