It was great, I had a lot of fun, despite the fact that a lot of the property was being renovated. The staff were very attentive. I think there are some minor issues that ought to be addressed, for instance, the toilet seat was detached and the room was often slippery but it was still pretty good.

We had a good time at Iberostar. The staff was nice. The property was nice except for our balcony had lots of ants. The food was good. The pools were great. The only thing we didn’t like was the people trying to sell us on the timeshare.

Everything was amazing the staff was so friendly and helpful the pool was fantastic and the pool bar had the best drinks. I loved the Jamaica smile. Food was plentiful and really good especially the lobsters. There is nothing to complain about. It was so worth it and we plan to go back

The spa relaxation area was out of use and the pricing at the spa is not transparent on the app - you have to go into the spa to get the prices. Service in the restaurants , cafe and bars are excellent. Staff moving around the resort should be aware that they shout to each other and sometimes swear which is unacceptable particularly on the beach area. The rooms are well maintained and housekeeping request dealt with promptly. Room service menu is of poor quality. Evening entertainment is of a good standard. Be aware of the "welcome breakfast " It is no such thing. It is a time share type selling opportunity.
