"I found the resort looked exactly like the photos on their website. I absolutely loved the decor. The lobby was beautiful, and the people were friendly. The room & bed was very clean, and the pillows were soft. I only have a few complaints. First off, the water pressure in the shower was so low that you had to press the wand into your hair in order to wash. There was no way to turn it up. I honestly didn't feel very clean with such a light rain sprinkle. Secondly, we weren't able to use the hot tub because they had just put a bunch of chemicals in it and so they were trying to let it sit. Lastly, I really would have appreciated a microwave. We had leftovers that we didn't have any way to warm up, so we had to walk all the food up to the lobby and use theirs. That is very cheap upgrade that would be greatly appreciated by everyone. The walk to the beach was not too far, but it wasn't hot either. Might be a little tough if it was blazing hot, but they also have trolley service. It doesn't come exactly to the hotel, but does come just down around the corner, and he will take you to and from the beach. That comes around about every 20 minutes he said. Overall, I'll definitely stay with them again. It was beautiful."
