Great staff made us feel welcome immediately. The location is very convenient to Footbridge Beach, which I liked better than Ogunquit Beach. It's also a quick walk to downtown Ogunquit or you can take the trolley, if you don't want to walk.

Started off on wrong foot by not getting the rooms we reserved. Rooms were clean although maybe a bit outdated. Proximity to beach and dining is definitely a huge plus! The property was impeccably clean and staff were very friendly. The room had all the essentials including fridge and microwave. It was super convenient to walk to the beach and there are some great restaurants near by. The beds were super comfy and the a/c and heater both came in handy with the weather changes.
