The location is great! A short walk to downtown and along the main street. Rooms were a good size and clean. The staff we interacted with were very friendly, helpful, and professional! We would definitely return for another visit.

Walkable to dozens of places to eat, with a trolly stop right outside if the walking is hard on you. Beach about 15 min walk, parking in ogunquit is tough so walkable is a huge benefit.

Great, affordable option walking distance to all Ogunquit has to offer. The outside appeared a bit run down but our room was recently renovated and had far more amenities than the more expensive hotel we had stayed in the week prior. The walk to town is down busy Route 1 but there's a wide sidewalk and it's worth it not to have a car in the main part of town. The pool is small but clean with nice seating and a fire pit that wasn't in use while we were there but appeared to have comfortable seating. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and we could easily enjoy everything we wanted to do in Ogunquit and beyond. We had great meals right down the road at Brickyard Brewing and the Egg and I.

This was the third time I was staying at this hotel and I am always amazed how friendly and helpful the staff is. They are polite and flexible, main reason why I keep coming back. The location isn’t perfect (it’s quite a walk to the beach) but it’s good enough for me and my daughters. I would highly recommend. I am just surprised how expensive Ogunquit got.

It was extremely clean, and with short travel stays, that’s all I care about! Wanted to rent specifically for the bathtub, so I could soak… there was no plug to stop water from draining, but I improvised and managed to stop it with an item I had brought with me. Hot water was extremely hot, just like I was hoping for!

My family and I stayed at your motel from Thursday, June 25 through Tuesday, June 30. We had to leave early due to a family emergency. We enjoyed the room and the pool. However, there were guests drinking (huge bottle of whiskey that was clearly visible) alcohol at the pool and playing loud music with profanity. There was also a few guests smoking by the pool (vaping) and smoking in front of their rooms (marijuana). This was quite disappointing as we had a teenager with us. Maria and Daniel were extremely polite, helpful and a delight to engage with. They made our stay super lovely!! Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. Enjoy the summer!!
