"We had an excellent stay in mid-July. Super-friendly staff, clean room and grounds, and great location. The Helm bar and grill on-site was convenient with excellent food. Our only minor complaints are that the window air conditioner unit made it a bit difficult to maintain a comfortable room temperature, and the continental breakfast could have offered some hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.)"

"We loved our stay, here. It was super close to Wells attractions and to Ogunquit & Perkins Cove. The pool was warm and clean and we spent a lot of time in it. Plenty of towels were provided, even at the pool which was helpful. "

"Clean, quiet, family friendly. Perfect location for those looking to stay just on the edge of town and off main or shore street crowds. But still a short walk from anything and everything - even Perkins Cove! However, if kids or older adults, a trolly or golf cart might be a better option for the hike to Perkins. Resort had everything we needed and then some. Could stand some minor updates and a full list of everything included with stay (we didn’t know bikes were available to us until check out), but those are very small complaints. We loved our stay, hated having to leave and can’t wait to return! "

"Great views of the ocean from our room. The property had a friendly and helpful staff. The room was nicely remodeled. You could tell that the property had recent renovation. Access required climbing a steep set of stairs - no ramp to the main entrance and check in desk, which would have been helpful when arriving with bags. "

"I loved this location. We were not in the high traffic area of the downtown shops. But walking distance to beach. And catching the trolley was easy to access and navigate. "
