This was a very clean family run place. All staff were super nice. Our room 37 was brand new and updated. It had 2 queen beds and it had a nice big fridge and with a smart tv.

Pros: Location right on ocean. Staff was very good and accommodating all our needs when requested. Cons: Expensive for what you get. Offers no continental breakfast Shower curtain has mold on it. Not enough towels provided. The biggest thing was the AC was very loud and made a rough sleep the nights.

Room carpet was dirty and stained. Elevator entrance dirty. No screens so if doors or window in hall left open bugs came in. Hallway stained and dirty railing. Gave us one hand towel and one wash cloth for two adults for two night stay. Dog left unattended in room and barked at all noises. Nothing we anticipated for the $698.76 we paid for the room!!

I chose that motel because of the location and price. On route one, you simply have to cross the street to be on the beach. The staff was welcoming at the office and gave me good restaurants suggestions. The room was at a very nice size for one. Very clean. Was renovated a little more than a year ago. Kitchenette, micro wave, nice shower in a large bathroom. The bed is important when you are far away from home. Outside you will find a taco truck ruined by Jacob. He served me a great americano and we had a nice conversation about tourism and economy. Great staff all around .
