"We picked this hotel because the price was fine and the pictures of the facilities looked nice. Outside the hotel looked a bit sketch, but when you go inside, it's not bad. The room we got looked elegant and was very clean. The location is not walking distance to the attractions, but it is right next to the tram stop. We saved hundreds of dollars, by not choosing a place in the tourist area. The tram came by every 6 minutes and gets you to the main part of Florence in just 5 minutes. With...

"The hotel is like an apartment. The front desk lady was nice. The room was nice, but you can’t request more towels because you have to pay extra. Bring toilet paper, because once you run out they don’t bring more. "
