"We loved our stay in Florence and the apartment was amazing. We had a car and needed a place outside the ZTL with private parking, but close to the city. This apartment was perfect. We were able to find the address with no problems and Piero was waiting for us to show us the private parking area. He also helped us get checked in, told us the easiest way to get into the city, and gave us wonderful suggestions for places to eat. He was the perfect host. I would recommend this apartment to anyone."

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable; room was clean but you can see that renovations were done in not the best workmanship. I will recommend this hotel as it was a very short walk to a team station which gets you to the train station fairly quickly."

"Absolutely LOVED this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights and walked all over the historic district of Rome. Service was fantastic and we loved the breakfast too, although only had it one of the 3 days as we were busy. The room is small, but very clean and absolutely beautifully decorated in a historic way. Driving is limited in this area, but there is a taxi stop just across the courtyard which was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing was one of the front desk receptionists: curly, red-headed. He never made eye contact; nor did he ever smile. He does not belong in the hospitality business. I was a psychotherapist and I worked in the restaurant/hotel business for over 35 years. I know what I'm talking about. The rest of the staff were wonderful. "
