"While we loved the property and the staff, ammenties, and breakfast were fantastic, we were really surprised at the fact that our room was never tidied during our staff. While we were only there 3 days, 2 nights, the garbages did fill up and as we had brought some food back, it did somewhat cause the room to smell. As well as the towels being limited, they weren’t as fresh as you would usually expect. That being said, we still had a wonderful stay and the hotel was very clean and well managed....

"I was particularly impressed with Kalvin, who single-handedly served a packed dining area/front of house and kept all the self-serve areas stocked, all of this while keeping his sense of humour and very friendly demeanor. The man is a super star of service. "

"Second time staying here, first time was amazing we had the place to ourselves second time it was fully booked, and a holiday weekend. The property staff, restaurant and overall vibe was amazing. Front desk was ok. But all in all they handled the everything like champs and you wouldn't have known of it was he yic or not. Definitelyadr our family getaway!!"

"Plots of kids in the pool - Covered pool loud and not relaxing. Should have adults only time or no kids after 6pm. During our stay the pool was packed and not usable for us."
