The room (107) was a large 1 bedroom suite that was heated by a mini-split in the living room. The heat didn’t make it down the hall to the bedroom, which was cold. Had to ask for a blanket for the bed. There was no extra blanket to be found in the suite. That’s my only complaint. Staff was friendly, room was super clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Nice place to stay.

This is fun down town location with in a easy walk to restaurants and activities around the down town core. The rooms are clean, well maintained and the bed was amazing!

This is less hotel and more of an event center. When they leave earplugs in your room…use them! The trains and area is loud, especially when there is an event being hosted in the lobby and ball room. Room is spacious, but the bed is about a foot high, so not super easy to get in and out of. Front desk staff wasn’t much help or personable. It’s nice that it’s close and in walking distant to many restaurants in the area.

We were in a modern room, which I did not expect. I thought all rooms were decorated with early 1900 furniture to fit the house, so I was a little disappointed. The room we had was very spacious with a separate living room, which was very nice. We chose to stay in a historic hotel, but not all of the rooms reflect that. Next time I will call directly and request.

Woman at check in this time (October 16th&17th) was a bit officious and pedantic ("I'm holding on to this room key until you give me your phone number and email because Expedia shows them as 00")and uninterested in helping us "I don't know anything about electric vehicle charging". Both encounters were unpleasant. Last time (September 12th), the staff were *excellent*

We had to cut short our stay on urgent business, but the hotel was lovely! Staff were extra friendly and relaxed, the lobby has some interesting historical tidbits, and the room had a microwave, mid-sized fridge, premium tea and coffee, water kettle, a portable A/C unit and quiet standing fan.

Second stay at Hotel Leo. Very nice Hotel with a lot of fantastic history. Well maintained, friendly staff with updated rooms. Great central location for walking and visiting restaurants and bars, as well as shopping. Only two drawbacks are limited parking and the beds are too low to the floor.

The hotel is in a great location! Plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants right there. We arrived late and the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating to what we needed. The hotel is older but nice. Our room was great for what we needed. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the bathtub was slow draining which is kinda yucky.

Hotel Leo is located right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The lobby is beautiful and elegantly furnished and we even found a little Sun deck. We’ll be back!

Hotel Leo is centrally located downtown. We went to farmers market, bars and restaurants with no ubers and never moved the car. The hotel is a museum with a tour. The rooms are former apartments, so large and spacious. The staff were all great. Natalie and Emma were super helpful.

Staff is very accommodating and friendly, clear instructions for getting around town. Bring a screwdriver with you to the bathroom in case the door handle gets loose and you can’t get out, though.
