"I arrived at 4 am after a United match away. I forgot to book an extea day, but handicapped mate had room available at motel. Staff refused to let me stay with them or even sit in the lobby until opening hours! Disgraceful! And I had just completed a 7-night stay at the motel with no issues.I am 69 years old and they literally threw me out into the dark, wet night! I am so upset with them. The two, young motel employees kept saying that I must leave or they could lose their jobs! No common...

"The Selina, was perfect for going out in town and easy reach of trams and trains. Luckily we stayed out till the wee hours, so missed the noise of a Saturday night in the room. I loved the coupon for a free drink,comfy bed, . The only trouble was, the shower was just about luke warm at best, . Great for a base if going out in Manchester.Wouldnt advise if you need a good sleep for the next day.There are earplugs in the room. 8 out of 10, would stay there again if going out in Manchester "

"Good experience overall. It's a shame that some guests have no respect for others and are noisy during the night but I guess that's the kind of people you get when staying in one of the cheapest hotels in Manchester. The hotel itself showed improvements and a very decent service for what you pay."
