"Clean and tidy, this Northern Quarter boutique hotel is a good alternative for a city centre stay with character. The room was compact but very tidy. The bathroom was cosy, with the shower being a little bit small, but all functional and full of charm. All in all an enjoyable stay."

"Overall excellent. Lovely room, friendly staff and nice breakfast. I did ask reception about potential roadworks some days before we were due to stay but was not given a helpful answer. There are a lot of road works surrounding the hotel and access points and we struggled to find our way round them, particularly to the CitiPark car park where I assume most guests with a car will be parking. A little warning/information in advance would have been helpful and less stressful. Thank you."

"One of the towels was dirty. The lift was broken. There was junk outside the lift on every floor. Seems like a place for hen and stag events, and like bad behaviour is expected by staff from all patrons."
