"I really liked this hotel. It has a very industrial feel to it with exposed piping and unpainted plaster wall. Don’t go here if you are looking for a Hilton type hotel but if you are looking for something a bit different I would recommend giving it a go. I would definitely book here again."

"Beautiful upmarket hotel steeped in history. Attractive decor, welcoming staff. Our king size deluxe roomand bathroom were lovely and spacious but unfortunately the view out the windows was of a small inner roof and other inward looking toom windows. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Busy lifts at check out time meant we had to wait at least 5 min for a space in one. The hotel was very convenient for the city centre and for the whole tram network."

"Excellent staff service, big mention to Rebecca who cares about the property. In fact all were wonderful. Could use new mattresses and carpet to freshen up the room. Only thing missing was live entertainment in the bar which could easily cater to a piano. Would add some real feeling to a wasted space. We were there for 8 days"
