"After a hot ride through the desert, it was a pleasure to check into the Reno Suites. Check in was easy and the room was prepared, clean and had fantastic air conditioning. With some unexpected circumstances, I had to add a day and staff could not have been more helpful. The neighborhood is what you would expect for a city the size of Reno. Some homeless persons but never anything threatening. I would strongly recommend Reno Suites. "

"For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! The pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door stopper, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that."

"The host staying with us was surprise and we had to check out one day earlier as we did not like the home and it smelled bad everywhere.The location was close to Reno convention center that was our main reason to book this property.The host started cleaning the kitchen while I was cooking and she said wanted paint her door while we stayed I requested her to do it after we leave.She kept telling she recovered from pneumonia and it scared us as I had 2 young kids.
