"House was comfortable, clean and close to everything we wanted to see and do.Would recommend this home to anyone going to Reno for a vacation or just weekend get away."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The check in was seamless. The interaction with the host was friendly and accomodating. The supplies (specifically towels) were just enough for the five of us.There were a few things that need attention. Such as the gazebo in the back yard. Evidently it has some structural issues. Currently being braced by random boards. The lawn is dead. So not the most inviting for spa or general backyard fun.I took the sheets off my bed to put in the laundry room at the end of our stay. I kinda wish I hadn't. There is a significant pee stain on the mattress. Fortunately, I'm not that germaphobic. But still not something I want to see.As for the rest of the house, everything feels clean. The appliances work well. The TV is a nice big size , although kinda strange that it sits underneath the wall mount. Long story/short: A very nice home, in a very nice neighborhood of the Reno area. Just a few items needing some attention in order to be a 5 star."

"We are so glad we chose this property for our Reno stay! Photos are accurate - it's lovely - a somewhat older home, but with extremely tasteful/upscale upgrades throughout. It's not an overly large 3 bedroom, but has a very spacious feel. The kitchen is compact, but has a pantry & cupboards, well-stocked with nice dishes & cookware, but also with some empty shelf-space for guests' items. The bedrooms offered above-average storage-space & comfy beds. In short, it's a very well appointed home - GREAT attention has been taken to make it guest-functional, unlike some properties that appear to be someone's over-stuffed second home, where guests' needs are an afterthought. Front door access & the thermostat were both user friendly - praise God! Host Michael is terrific - prompt, attentive, kind and very helpful! We enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood (not posh, but felt safe) & trails, and relaxing around the freestanding fire pit. There is no patio cover, but the house itself provided ample shade most of the day. The backyard isn't overly large, but is fully fenced - a big hit with our dogs. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Location was great - near the hills, out of the downtown hustle-n-bustle, yet an easy drive to all our destinations. We look forward to returning next year!"

"We had a group of 6 stay at the house for softball tournament. Very nice and spacious. Impressive master suite. Communication was easy and professional."

"Enjoyed our stay! In town for teen basketball tournament and great location away from smoke but easy drive to convention center. Only negative was only 1 TV in house and would have expected more for the large sf of the house. Not enough blankets if it was a colder time of the year. Would love to stay here again. "
