"A good hotel, recommended."

"Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful."

"The OYO London Guest House was a great option for my overnight business trip to London. My single room was pretty small, but absolutely fine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and in good condition. It looks like the photos on the website. The shower was very good. The reception staff were pleasant, and pretty efficient, and the wifi worked well. The guest house is in a good location for the Elizabeth Line (Acton Main Line station - just 5 mins by foot) and I could reach my morning appointment...

"Place was convenient to the tube station, friendly staff, reasonably priced breakfast. Clean room , fresh sheets. I have no issue with the small bathroom, however a bathroom mat outside the shower would be preferred also to prevent accidental slipping from water splash. I would book again on my future visit."

Small rooms, no food in the hotel, shared bathrooms make it a bit inconvenient, but if you can stay at one third the price of other hotels in the vicinity, have walkable access to Paddington which gives you public transport connectivity across London and you are on a short stay, you should take it!"

"I loved the old artistic decoration and flowers growing in backyard. The Pub served great food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and nice hospitality. What i did not realize I was too old for carrying my luggage on narrow steps; going out of room to bathroom or showering. I am done with college dorm lifestyle for my own safety of a possible fall downwards with my big feet on narrow steps. Sorry!"

"I refused to stay here on the condition of the block - poorly maintained, rubbish strewn about, front door insecure when I arrived. Missold via the photos (not of the block and none of the room) and misdescribed - it is not a hotel and I wouldn’t describe it as lodging rooms nor a guesthouse either. It has the appearance of spare rooms in a block of dilapidated flats. Hotels.com unhelpful both at time of checkin and subsequently and insist it’s up to the ‘host’ to decide to refund me. "Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again."

"I'll start with the positive aspects: clear check in/out instructions and a really convenient location of the property - steps away from the underground and bus stations. That said, the flat is in a bad state - lots of mold on the walls in the room and in the bathroom, dust, dirty elevator (there was poop on the floor for 3 days) and smelly, overflowing trash in the garbage room in the hallway. The description states there is one person living in the flat/ bathroom is shared with only one...
