The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff @ the desk were very helpful: holding our bags upon our arrival, then placing them in our room once it was ready. They also assisted us with transport and our bags upon departure. The breakfast was excellent, as was the attentive staff. Lastly, the location was very convenient to Marble Arch and Paddington Station and nearly nextdoor to a delightful and very good pub.
When returning to London, this is where I will go!

The hotel was a great stay. I enjoyed staying here; the staff, especially at the reception, were exceptionally warm and helpful.
The room I first stayed in would, however, need a touch-up; the room had a faulty toilet, and there was a water leak from the roof. I was, however, given another room the next day, which was quite spacious and beautiful.
The hotel is in a nice location, you can easily access cafes and restaurants just around the block, and Oxford Street is about a 10-minute walk.
I highly recommend it, I would definitely stay again.

A pleasant hotel located close to the metro, right on the edge of a culturally diverse neighborhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The furniture in the rooms is quite old, but the atmosphere overall was warm and comfortable.

Ten out of Ten!
A very well presented hotel with pretty flowers at the front and a polished front door. Very clean inside and the staff are sooo friendly and can’t do enough for you. The room is very comfortable, really quiet and has a lovely shower. Breakfast is great, offering everything from a bowl of cereal to a full English. Overall, this hotel is ideally located, quiet, very comfortable, extremely clean and has wonderful staff. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Central London.

Great location and comfortable stay.
Excellent location and good service from the reception. Small details like wobbly bedside lights, a tiny TV at the far side of the room and a dated bathroom only let it down slightly. Overall, quiet and comfortable with plenty of local coffee, breakfast and drinking places nearby. Recommended.

All was well with this little cute boutique hotel. Lovely location. However the one item that would have given it a 5 star is the condition of the mattress. Really uncomfortable mattress with loads of lumps and bumps. Could stand an upgrade in that department.After all, the #1 reason to stay at a hotel is sleep.
