"I was super thankful for the early check in at 1230. However upon arrival we found several short black hairs behind the door in the bathroom. It took 3 separate calls to get it cleaned up (they cleaned it at the end of day two). Manager was supposed to reach out but never did. 46th floor restaurant is only open for breakfast. This was a bummer because part of why we booked this hotel is because we hoped to catch the sunset up there. Also the hotel is just run down. Best up baseboards,...

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."
