We found the staff to be incredibly helpful and personable, and we loved how centrally located the hotel is to practically everything! "Our room was poorly illuminated, especially if one wanted to read in bed at night. It was difficult to use the blackout curtains to block ALL the light coming from outdoors. The wiring, staff conceded to us, was faulty, so the switches to light up the room when entering at night were "wonky" and confusing. The refrigerator we requested did arrive quickly, but was very run-down. Its door needed a strange "push" to close completely."
