The rooms are so incredibly lovely, the howler monkeys surrounding the property are a delight but above all the staff is the best! Especially in the restaurant and bars - they are so incredibly welcoming and nice! Andres the bartender is a true mixologist (you have to try his mezcal cocktails)! "Our family loved our stay at Ten North. Such a great location and close to everything, and the staff were wonderful. The kitchenette was perfect for a few days stay and my kiddos loved going out to the pool first thing in the morning before walking to the beach. I would absolutely recommend!"

"Beautiful property and area. rooms were nice, a tad outdated but the views were beautiful nonetheless. Staff was amazing, friendly, and always there to help if needed. Shoutout to Andre’s he was so kind to me and my boyfriend throughout our entire trip, he even helped set up a birthday celebration at dinner! Silvia with the tour service was also very helpful. i would definitely recommend for couples or even solo travelers! "

"We loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was fine for about 2 nights, but if one stayed longer, it was limited. Some of the lounge chairs were looking a bit worn. We would have liked the pool to be accessible for evening swimming. The pool area was completely dark by 7 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sugar Beach Hotel."

"Beautiful vacation spot. Fun! Friendly staff. Nice grounds. Nice rooms. Concierge very helpful (24hrs). Room service any time of day or night. Snacks in room. Water bottles in room. My husband and I both got sick (food/water). They will say the water is filtered, but somehow we still got sick."
