"Waited a while before actually leaving a review because i wanted to be as honest as possible without being biased. First and foremost the property is huge and well maintained. The property was boring, i don’t know if it was because of the season but it was absolutely boring nothing to do at all. By the 2nd night i was over it. The views are beautiful and my kids enjoyed the pool. Love going to the beach. The food was absolutely horrible. Minimal variety at the buffet and i was literally starving...

"The room was small but clean and comfy. The beach is about a three minute walk away. There aren’t many shopping or other food options available around except Hotel Bosque Del Mar. The food there was very similar but the staff at this hotel is what really made the stay so enjoyable. Ronnie and Jorge were so nice and welcoming especially with me being a solo traveler on my own. "Stand were very lovely and helpful during our stay! Very welcoming to any questions. We got a free upgrade to a larger room which we very much appreciated. The a/c was wonderful after long days. Very clean. Only a 10 minute drive from coco and a 10 minute walk from ocotal beach. Such a lovely place to stay!"

"The room was nice and opened up right to the beach! A beautiful cove with a nice beach and decent surf that was good for surfing lessons. We never ate at the hotel restaurant but lots of shops and restaurants a short walk away. Loved it!"

"The villas are very cool, we got the one with a kitchen, swam in the pool every evening, enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Only 2 blocks to the water easy walk. The staff are very personable, had a lot of fun with them, the grounds crew is always working to keep the beautiful grounds maintained and they have a gated covered and secured parking garage."

"The rooms are clean, although the air conditioning have a little bit of a hard time keeping up with the heat outside. The staff are very helpful, especially Ilse. The view of the beach is beautiful. Breakfast are very filling... the fruit smoothies are our favorite! Thank you all for making this one of our best vacations."
