Big Rock trail in Lucas Valley/ Loma Alta Open Space preserve. Even in the height of summer, with the grasses dry and brown, the views are amazing! Remember to bring water and sunblock as you hike on the ridge line. There are lovely ‘oasis’ along the way in the form of islands of trees and even a spring fed water trough for horses.

"This amazing home in the trees exceeded our expectations. With spectacular views and quality interiors it provided a great retreat for our entire family (7 of us) to comfortably relax and enjoy all that it had to offer. The two large bedroom suites were amazing, along with the other well appointed bedrooms. It was fantastic to never have to wait for one of the 5 bathrooms. John Paul is a fantastic host that ensured we had a great stay. Well definitely be back!"
