"We loved everything about our stay, the property is beautiful, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the area is safe. There are 2 beaches nearby and plenty of restaurants, some within walking distance. We did take an Uber over the bridge as well to our favorite restaurant that we found (The Fat Tuna). Breakfast was delicious, we had it delivered to the room the first day and ate in the main house the second. They offer wine and cheese in the afternoon...

"I liked how all of the necessities were provided by the owner and more. They had everything from toothpaste to deodorants to fresh coffee beans with a grinder in case you’d like some coffee. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The house was spotless upon arrival and exactly what everyone was expecting. The bedrooms are all very spacious and the views are breathtaking. The beachfront area is the perfect space to relax. The property manager is very easy to get in touch with for any questions or concerns, although the house manual really laid everything out that you’d need to know. Highly recommend this property for your next vacation!!"

"We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The location is fantastic- only a few blocks from Crescent
Beach
and a 10 minute walk from downtown Niantic. Amenities are pretty complete too - we were happy, for example, to find a washer / dryer that was a big bonus for our 10 day stay. As another review mentioned, with a few small improvements (i.e., new windows and some cosmetic repairs) this cottage would be stellar. But it was a very nice place to stay and well worth the rental price."

"The beautiful pictures don’t even do it justice. This house has everything you could possibly need and more. From a well stocked kitchen to beautiful common areas to lovely bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Plenty of towels for the 3 full bathrooms. And the back porch and conveniently located
