Room was huge!!! Jacuzzi didn’t hold the water had to use a washcloth to try and keep water in tub.

The towels that were supposed to be clean had mascara stains on them, the sheets looked like they were not changed, hall way had water stains on the ceiling of the 2nd floor. bathroom was run down. sink was clogged.
