"Room and common areas were clean. Check in and check out were easy and fast. Plenty of free parking in lot. Room was just okay Poor lighting conditions in room and uncomfortable bed. Springs squeak when getting up from the bed. No elevator in the 2 story building. It was ok for 1 night to me but the wife hated it. I would not stay here again unless there were no other options. Breakfast was limited but okay for a quick bite."

"The bathroom ceiling in my room was damaged, and the breakfast did not meet expectations. As this was my first stay at Comfort Suites, I was disappointed and would be hesitant to stay here again or recommend it to others."

"The first room we were put in had many issues. It reeked of smoke, the TV kept messing up and the tub was steadily leaking water from the faucet. We called the desk and they immediately put us in a new room and everything was good. No smell, the whirlpool was amazing and the TV worked perfectly. The staff was very accommodating."

"Only complaint,no coffee maker in room."

"Overall very nice. Is obviously recently redone. Only negative was the hallways smelled heavily like smoke."

"Hotel and rooms were extremely clean"

"Great front staff and breakfast team"

"Friendly staff and easy commute to work."

"not recommended as not ready for occupancy under renovation very bad smells on various levels, elevator smells terrible, breakfast room 90 degrees too hot! Kept running out of coffee, sausages. Empty of juice capture tray done in men’s bathroom and returned. Ramada was a very reputable place in the past very disappointed!!"

"Check in took forever. TV wasn’t working so we went to the desk to tell them and there was no urgency to help with that so I called there and he told me to be patient and then showed up and was very annoyed. He stormed in with a remote and got my tv working and stormed out. Quite rude! I won’t stay there again or recommend it."
