Included breakfast was the highlight, food was hot and quite a few options. Pool was also fairly good but run down. Beds were also pretty good - sheets, etc. The hotel was quite run down overall. The first room they gave us had a terrible smell and stained bath tub. I asked to be moved, if possible, and they put us right next to the elevator. With thin walls, we had a hard time going to sleep. Not ideal with kids.

I was first placed in a dirty room but they were very quick and efficient to move me which was great b/c I don’t like first floor rooms. In my second room on 2nd floor the window lock was broken so I couldn’t lock it. Uncomfortable but being in 2nd floor helped. Clock in the room nor working or unplugged?? Just used my fon for the clock. Breakfast area very clean and orderly and good. Parking lot had potholes but they were there fixing them today. Staff VERY friendly!!!

From the front desk to the rest of the staff, everyone was very friendly but also very professional and very helpful. I called the front desk about 5 straight times to ask questions I was waiting for the receptionist to e upset ,to my surprise she was laughing it up with me. That alone made my stay great
