"We really enjoyed the stay at Inn at harbor hill marina. We are at room #7. Nice view from the balcony. Quiet, and beautiful inn, breakfast is great and walking distance to the town center, broadwalk, and beach(they even have guess pass for us). There is bikes you can rent. Live music on Saturday. We didn’t get the complimentary boat ride but it starts in middle of June. Overall we had relaxing and happy anniversary trip. Highly recommend to my friends who visit Niantic."

"I can not even start to describe the wonderful stay we had at the Salty Rabbit. We started off by receiving a welcome from our host with easy to follow information for check in, which was a breeze. As soon as you pull up to the house you will be amazed at the beautiful, peaceful, ocean front lot. The host left my daughter who was graduating from the USCGA a note and bottle of wine. The home was warm and lovely - exactly as described in the photos on line. The home is bigger than expected and had everything you will need - I mean everything. The host left detailed instructions for how to use the house amenities, like how to use the whole house stereo, how to run the shower, she didn't miss a beat. The furnishings were cozy and we felt like we were living the high life like in an Anthropology catalog! The space was big, airy, and bright. There was lots of comfortable seating for everyone. Views, games, cooking supplies, books, fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), spices, coffee, and toiletries were all there for us to use. The views can not be beat. If you get to stay at the Salty Rabbit, do it. It should be on everyone's bucket list. The host was responsive and friendly. Thank you Salty Rabbit!!!"

"We loved the location. Walking distance to a quiet section of Crescent Beach. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. There are plenty of places to spread out, relax and play. Our family said this is one of best vacation homes so far. We may return in the future, they loved it that much! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The home was well stocked with beach toys, chairs, beach chairs. wagons etc. We appreciated the use of their bikes for riding around the neighborhood. We were close to stores and recreation activities. (10-25 minutes)"

"My friends and I have had a girls weekend at this home twice now. Walking distance to downtown Niantic and close to the beach. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and everything was very clean. The owner, Liz, was super easy to reach."

"We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The location is fantastic- only a few blocks from Crescent Beach and a 10 minute walk from downtown Niantic. Amenities are pretty complete too - we were happy, for example, to find a washer / dryer that was a big bonus for our 10 day stay. As another review mentioned, with a few small improvements (i.e., new windows and some cosmetic repairs) this cottage would be stellar. But it was a very nice place to stay and well worth the rental price."
