"Great location - just beside the train station. City centre shopping, restaurants and the Glasshouse Gateshead all within easy walking distance. Fabulous view from high floor room. Room spacious and well equipped. Breakfast included - lovely scrambled eggs and a waffle maker (never seen that before!). Staff friendly, welcoming and engaged -from check in to late night staff. Nathan on reception deserves special mention - best check in ever from someone who made me feel individual and welcomed. Will definitely stay again!"
