"Room was clean, just a bit on the older looking- very rustic but nice room. We were upgraded to the 39th floor. Housekeeping was lovely."

"The hotel is in very good location with spacious rooms. It is required some updates. It’s include breakfast and happy hour with cheese and shin. Main thing that wasn’t good is that they charge for every little thing as example for each bag that you left for keep before checking or after checkout they asked 1$. I never requested to pay for that no matter where I have been. If the room ready before checking they asked 70$. If you ask for one hour late checkout they asked 39$ per hour. There are very few seats in the lobby area so many people need to sit on the floor."

"We had a great stay and will absolutely be recommending this hotel to others. We will be booking again for sure. A few highlights: The Service: Kevin was phenomenal! He got us checked in early at 11:00 AM and found us a gorgeous room with an amazing view. The Room: Beautiful, spacious, spotless, and a very comfortable bed. The Vibe & Food: The hotel atmosphere was wonderful and the restaurant food was great. The Location: Perfect. It seriously couldn’t be any better."

"If you want to be in Times Square, it’s the perfect location, but you surrounded by animals and people of low class the minute you step outside. My wife was almost assaulted the minute we walked outside to go to dinner. Again, I cannot emphasize on the animals that are literally right outside the time Square. I suggest you find on location uptown on the east side where is much safer and if you wanna go in and out from Times Square, you’re using an Uber"
